Welcome to fals4d. These Terms and Conditions ("Terms", "Agreement") constitute a legally binding contract between you ("User", "Player", "You") and fals4d ("Platform", "Service", "We", "Us", "Our") governing your access to and use of the fals4d online gaming platform, including all games, services, features, and content provided through the website https://fals4d.cam.

By creating an account, accessing our platform, or using any of our services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions in their entirety. If you do not agree with any provision contained herein, you must immediately discontinue use of our services.

• "Deposit" means the transfer of funds from a User's personal payment source into their fals4d Account balance for the purpose of wagering.
• "IDR" or "Rp" means Indonesian Rupiah, the official currency used for all transactions on the fals4d platform.
• "KYC" (Know Your Customer) means the identity verification procedures required by fals4d to confirm User identity, age, and residency status.
• "Stake" means the amount of money wagered by a User on a game or betting event.
• "Withdrawal" means the transfer of funds from a User's fals4d Account balance to their designated personal payment account.
• "Wagering Requirement" means the number of times a bonus amount or combined deposit and bonus amount must be wagered before withdrawal is permitted.

2. Eligibility and Account Registration

2.1 Age and Jurisdiction Requirements

To register an account and use fals4d services, you must meet the following eligibility criteria:

• You must be at least 21 years of age or the legal age of majority in your jurisdiction of residence, whichever is greater.
• You must be a resident of Indonesia or a jurisdiction where online gaming is legal and not prohibited by local law.
• You must not be located in a country or territory where online gambling is illegal or restricted.
• You must have the legal capacity to enter into a binding contract under the laws of your jurisdiction.
• You must not be registered on any gambling self-exclusion list or database.

2.2 Account Registration Process

During registration, you agree to:

• Provide accurate, current, and complete information including your legal name, date of birth, email address, phone number, and residential address.
• Maintain and promptly update your account information to ensure it remains accurate and complete.
• Create a strong, unique password and keep it confidential.
• Not share your account credentials with any third party.
• Maintain only one account per person. Multiple accounts are strictly prohibited and may result in immediate termination of all accounts and forfeiture of balances.

2.3 Identity Verification (KYC)

fals4d reserves the right to request identity verification documents at any time, including but not limited to:

• Government-issued photo identification (KTP, passport, driver's license)
• Proof of address (utility bill, bank statement, government correspondence) dated within the last 3 months
• Proof of payment method ownership (bank statement, e-wallet screenshot)
• Selfie photograph holding identification document

Failure to provide requested documentation within 30 days may result in account suspension and withdrawal restrictions. All withdrawals are subject to successful KYC verification.

3. Account Security and Responsibilities

3.1 Your Security Obligations

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of your account credentials. You agree to:

• Keep your password secure and not share it with anyone.
• Log out of your account after each session, especially when using shared or public devices.
• Immediately notify fals4d customer support if you suspect unauthorized access to your account.
• Accept full responsibility for all activities that occur under your account, whether authorized by you or not.

3.2 Account Misuse

The following activities are strictly prohibited and may result in immediate account termination:

• Allowing another person to use your account
• Registering multiple accounts
• Using false identity information
• Attempting to manipulate or exploit system vulnerabilities
• Engaging in collusion, cheating, or fraudulent activity
• Using automated software, bots, or scripts to place wagers

4. Deposits and Payment Methods

4.1 Supported Payment Methods

fals4d accepts deposits via the following Indonesian payment methods:

• Bank transfers: BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, CIMB Niaga, OCBC NISP, Bank Permata
• E-wallets: OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, LinkAja

4.2 Deposit Terms

• Minimum deposit: Rp 50,000 per transaction
• Maximum deposit: Rp 100,000,000 per transaction (higher limits available for VIP members)
• Processing time: Deposits are typically credited within 5 minutes during banking hours. Off-hours deposits may take up to 24 hours.
• Currency: All deposits must be made in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR). We do not accept foreign currency deposits.
• Payment source: The payment method used for deposits must be registered in your name. Third-party deposits are not permitted.

4.3 Deposit Restrictions

fals4d reserves the right to refuse deposits if:

• The payment source cannot be verified as belonging to the account holder
• The deposit appears to violate anti-money laundering regulations
• The account is under investigation or has been flagged for suspicious activity
• The User has outstanding verification requirements

5. Withdrawals and Processing Times

5.1 Withdrawal Terms

• Minimum withdrawal: Rp 50,000 per transaction
• Maximum withdrawal: Rp 50,000,000 per transaction
• Processing time: Average 15 minutes during banking hours (8 AM - 10 PM WIB). Off-hours requests are processed the next banking day.
• Withdrawal destination: Withdrawals must be made to a bank account or e-wallet registered in the account holder's name.
• Fees: fals4d does not charge withdrawal fees. However, your bank or payment provider may apply standard transfer charges.

5.2 Withdrawal Requirements

Before processing a withdrawal, the following conditions must be met:

• Successful completion of KYC identity verification
• All wagering requirements associated with bonuses must be fulfilled
• The account must have no pending investigations or disputes
• At least one successful deposit must have been made from the withdrawal destination account

5.3 Withdrawal Restrictions

fals4d reserves the right to delay or refuse withdrawals if:

• KYC verification is incomplete or documentation is insufficient
• Suspicious activity or potential fraud is detected
• Bonus terms have not been satisfied
• The account is under investigation for terms violation
• Legal or regulatory requirements necessitate additional review

6. Bonuses and Promotional Offers

6.1 Bonus Eligibility

Bonuses are promotional offers extended at fals4d's sole discretion. By accepting a bonus, you agree to comply with all associated terms and conditions, including wagering requirements, game restrictions, and validity periods.

6.2 Wagering Requirements

Most bonuses are subject to wagering requirements before withdrawal is permitted. For example, a bonus with a 30x wagering requirement means you must wager 30 times the bonus amount (or combined deposit and bonus amount, as specified) before withdrawal eligibility is achieved. Wagering requirements vary by bonus type and will be clearly stated in the promotional terms.

6.3 Bonus Restrictions

• Bonuses are limited to one per person, household, IP address, and payment method.
• Certain games may contribute differently toward wagering requirements. Slots typically contribute 100%, while table games may contribute less or be excluded entirely.
• Maximum bet limits apply while a bonus is active (typically Rp 50,000 per bet).
• Bonuses have expiration dates. Unused bonuses and associated winnings will be forfeited upon expiration.
• Bonus abuse, including creating multiple accounts to claim multiple bonuses, will result in forfeiture of all bonuses and potential account termination.

6.4 Bonus Forfeiture

You may forfeit an active bonus at any time by contacting customer support. Upon forfeiture, the bonus amount and any winnings generated from the bonus will be removed from your account. Your original deposit and any winnings generated from your deposit (before the bonus was credited) will remain.

7. Betting Rules and Game Conduct

7.1 General Betting Rules

• All bets are final once confirmed. You are responsible for ensuring bet selections are correct before submission.
• In the event of a game malfunction, all affected bets and winnings are void.
• If a game is interrupted or disconnected, fals4d will make reasonable efforts to restore your session. If restoration is not possible, bets will be settled based on the game state at the time of interruption.
• Maximum payout limits apply to individual bets and cumulative winnings. These limits are game-specific and available in game rules.

7.2 Sports Betting Specific Rules

• If an event is postponed or canceled, bets will be voided unless the event is rescheduled within 48 hours.
• Settlement is based on official results from recognized sports governing bodies.
• Asian handicap and over/under bets follow standard industry rules for half-win and half-loss scenarios.
• Live in-play betting odds update in real time. Odds at the time of bet confirmation determine your potential payout.

7.3 Casino Game Rules

• All casino games use certified Random Number Generator (RNG) systems to ensure fairness.
• Game outcomes are determined at the moment the game round begins and cannot be altered.
• Individual game rules, Return to Player (RTP) percentages, and payout tables are available within each game.

8. Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited and constitute material breach of this Agreement:

• Fraud and Cheating: Any attempt to manipulate games, exploit software vulnerabilities, or engage in fraudulent activity.
• Collusion: Coordinating with other players to gain unfair advantage.
• Money Laundering: Using fals4d services to launder money or conduct illegal financial transactions.
• Automated Betting: Using bots, scripts, or automated software to place bets.
• Multiple Accounts: Creating more than one account to circumvent rules, claim multiple bonuses, or engage in prohibited behavior.
• Chargebacks: Initiating chargebacks or payment reversals without valid reason after deposits have been used for wagering.
• Abusive Behavior: Harassing, threatening, or abusing customer support staff or other players.

Violation of these prohibitions may result in immediate account termination, forfeiture of balances, and referral to law enforcement authorities where applicable.

9. Limitations of Liability

9.1 Service Availability

While fals4d strives to maintain continuous service availability, we do not guarantee uninterrupted access. The platform may be temporarily unavailable due to maintenance, technical issues, or circumstances beyond our control. fals4d is not liable for any losses arising from service interruptions.

9.2 Third-Party Providers

fals4d integrates games and services from third-party providers. We are not responsible for the performance, accuracy, or availability of third-party content. Disputes related to third-party games should be directed to the respective provider.

9.3 Financial Loss

You acknowledge that gambling involves financial risk and you may lose money. fals4d is not responsible for gambling losses. You are solely responsible for managing your gaming budget and should never wager more than you can afford to lose.

9.4 Limitation of Damages

To the maximum extent permitted by law, fals4d's total liability to you for any claims arising from or related to your use of our services shall not exceed the amount of your account balance at the time of the claim, or Rp 10,000,000, whichever is less.

10. Account Termination and Suspension

10.1 Termination by User

You may close your account at any time by contacting customer support. Upon closure, any remaining balance will be returned to you following successful completion of KYC verification and satisfaction of all wagering requirements. Active bonuses will be forfeited.

10.2 Termination by fals4d

fals4d reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account immediately if:

• You breach any provision of this Agreement
• You engage in prohibited activities
• You fail to complete KYC verification when requested
• We suspect fraudulent or illegal activity
• Legal or regulatory requirements necessitate account closure

10.3 Effect of Termination

Upon termination, your access to the platform will be revoked, and all pending bets will be settled according to standard rules. If termination is due to your breach of terms, fals4d reserves the right to forfeit any remaining balance. If termination is initiated by fals4d without cause, your balance will be returned after deduction of any applicable fees.

11. Dispute Resolution

11.1 Internal Complaints Process

If you have a complaint or dispute, please contact our customer support team at [email protected]. We will investigate your concern and provide a response within 7 business days. Most disputes can be resolved through good-faith communication.

11.2 Escalation

If you are not satisfied with our initial response, you may escalate your complaint to our management team. Provide all relevant details including account information, transaction IDs, and documentation supporting your claim. Management will review and provide a final decision within 14 business days.

11.3 Final Decision

fals4d's management decision is final and binding. By agreeing to these Terms, you waive any right to pursue legal action for disputes that have been decided through our internal process, except where prohibited by law.

12. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with international gaming regulations and best practices. Any disputes arising from this Agreement shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of international arbitration. By using fals4d services, you consent to this jurisdiction and waive any objections based on inconvenient forum.
